Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to AIOGENTA. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you use AIOGENTA for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
AIOGENTA provides AI agents, inbox, CRM, knowledge, websites, automations, and related APIs. Features depend on your plan (Free, Starter, Business, Agency, or Enterprise) as described on the Pricing page and in the product.
We may change features, usage limits, and the Free trial. Material reductions to a paid plan during a prepaid term will be handled in good faith, including a comparable substitute or a pro-rated credit where required.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your organization, including messages your agents send.
Do not use AIOGENTA to spam, impersonate others, violate channel provider rules (including WhatsApp), infringe IP, probe other tenants, or process unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that threaten the platform or other customers.
Customer content and AI
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service.
AI outputs can be wrong. You must review high-stakes replies (pricing, medical, legal, admissions eligibility) before relying on them. AIOGENTA is not a law firm, school, or healthcare provider.
Plans, trials, and payment
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe Checkout. Taxes may apply.
The Free plan and 10-day trial do not require a card. When you upgrade, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancel at period end in Billing settings; you keep access until the period ends.
List prices on the website are for comparison. The amount charged is the Stripe Price configured for your plan. Failed payments can lead to past-due status and suspension.
Confidentiality and security
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information. Our security practices are described on the Security page. No internet service is perfectly secure.
Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
EXCEPT FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IN A TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD $100 IF YOU ARE ON Free).
Termination
You may stop using AIOGENTA and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate for material breach if not cured after notice. Upon termination, your license ends; we delete or anonymize customer content according to the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AIOGENTA is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
