Who we are
AIOGENTA (“we”, “us”) provides an AI business-agent platform: website chat, messaging channels, CRM, automations, and related services at aiogenta.com and successor domains.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site, accounts, and the product at /app.
Information we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash, organization and workspace details you provide at signup or in settings.
Business content: knowledge sources, agent instructions, websites, conversation transcripts, leads, contacts, and files you upload or connect through channels (for example WhatsApp, email, or website chat).
Billing data: subscription status and invoices. Card numbers are processed by Stripe; we do not store full debit or credit card numbers on AIOGENTA servers.
Usage and device data: log data, approximate location from IP, browser type, and product analytics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information
To provide the service: authenticate you, run AI agents, deliver conversations, send owner alerts, and process payments.
To improve reliability and safety: debug errors, prevent abuse, and enforce plan limits.
To communicate: transactional email (security, billing, product changes) and, if you opt in, occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email.
We use customer conversation content to operate your agents for your organization. We do not sell personal information.
AI processing
Agent replies may be generated by third-party model providers you configure (for example OpenAI) or by our configured gateway. Prompts can include knowledge you uploaded and recent conversation context.
Do not put secrets or regulated data into knowledge sources unless your contract and configuration allow it. You remain responsible for lawful use of the AI outputs you send to customers.
Sharing
Processors who help us run the product: hosting, database, Redis, object storage, email, error monitoring, and Stripe for payments.
Channel providers you connect (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and others) receive the data required to send and receive messages.
We disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or acquisition with notice where required.
Retention
We keep account and conversation data while your organization is active and as needed for backups, legal claims, and security logs. You can request deletion of an organization; residual copies in backups are removed on the backup rotation cycle.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact hello@aiogenta.com. We may need to verify your identity.
If we rely on consent (for example optional cookies), you can withdraw it in the cookie banner or by writing to us.
Children
AIOGENTA is built for businesses, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
